Cartons tracks UPS packages and counts down to the delivery day. If something is not working, write in and a person will answer.

Common questions

How do I add a package? Tap the plus button and paste a UPS tracking number (it starts with 1Z) or the whole tracking link from your email. If one is on your clipboard, Cartons fills it in.

It says it can't find my package. UPS can take a few hours to show a new label. Pull to refresh later, or open the package and tap Open on ups.com to compare.

The countdown looks wrong. Cartons uses the delivery date UPS shows. When UPS changes it, the countdown follows on the next refresh.

My list isn't on my other device. Turn on iCloud Sync in Settings on both devices and sign in to the same Apple Account.

Other carriers? UPS only for now. More are coming.
