Cartons collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

Your packages

The tracking numbers you add stay on your device. If iCloud sync is on, Apple syncs the list between your own devices through your iCloud account. We never see it, because we have no servers that receive it.

Looking up a package

To show a status, the app opens UPS's public tracking page for that one number on your device, the same page you would open in Safari. UPS sees that request the way it sees any visit to its site, under its own privacy notice.

The website

The tracker on cartons.jaybulb.com keeps your list in your browser. When you look up a number there, our server fetches the UPS page for you and keeps the result for 15 minutes so repeat lookups are quick. It does not store who asked or keep logs of numbers.
